Austin Triggs was Senior Vice President and chief development officer at Renal Care Group, Inc., a public health care company, from May 1996 through May 2005. From 1992 until joining RCG in 1996, he was a senior executive at health care companies providing specialized home care and occupational medical services. From 1982 until 1991, he practiced law in Nashville, Tennessee, where he specialized in representing private and public emerging growth companies and venture capital funds. He is a graduate of Duke University and the University of Mississippi School of Law. Following law school, he served as law clerk for U.S. District Judge Harold Cox. Among his civic and non-professional activities, he has served a member of the Board of Directors of the American Council on Germany and the Board of Visitors of the Duke Divinity School.
