Constance Fraser Gray
Constance Gray is a Trustee of The Duke Endowment and a consultant for the Community Action Program Directors on Leadership Training in Greensboro, North Carolina. She has served as Planner-Coordinator of the Center for Human Services Research at Bowman Gray School of Medicine and as a Community Organizer in the western North Carolina office Conference on Poverty. She graduated from Queens College with a BA in French. She received her teacher certification at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and her MSW at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Ms. Gray has also served on the Board of Trustees at Wake Forest University and received a Resolution from the Board for establishing the Graylyn Conference Center. In 1993, she received the Alzheimer’s Association “Community Leader of the Year” award. She has also written “Community Collaborative Problem Solving: A stakeholder-based Strategy for Resolving Community Issues,” published in Behavioral Health Resource Press.
